The Microtransponder Is A Passive Device That Contains An Electronic Circuit, Which Is Activated Externally By A Low-powered Radio Beam Sent By A Handheld, Battery-powered Pocket Reader. The Microtransponder Stores Only A Unique Electronic Identification Number (id).
